Urban Cleopatra
Accesories are an extension of who we are, I believe they are in some way, wearable semiotics. They can give you a sense of empowerment, wearing this earrings is intended to make you feel bold, strong and confident.
Developed at the beginning of 2015 and inspired by the iconic Cleopatra, a powerful woman, and Egypt, a mystical place and where fused glass was first discovered, it took 3 months of trial and error to gratefully finish with this miniature pieces.
By exploring the possibilities of glass fusing in a limited space environment ( a 4x4 cm. space) I decided to launch this collection, which for me represents a learning phase and also, an exploration and experimentation with the medium.
